ematsewa is operated by Bhugol Park Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu.

Sample vote

The sample ballots, sample organisations and results on the website are for demonstration only. Votes cast in them are not counted in any real election.

Organisations’ elections

Real elections, the service tier, price, data retention period and complaint procedure follow the written agreement with the organisation. Where the agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement applies.

The official decisions on an election’s rules, roll and result belong to the organisation’s election committee. We provide the technology and the support set out in the agreement.

We do not run binding elections until an external, independent security audit has taken place. What is already proven is on the /en/status page.

Users’ responsibilities

Do not share your passcode. Do not attempt unauthorised access to the system, tampering with votes, or disruption of the service. If you find a security weakness, please email us.

Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws in force in Nepal.
